    2003 - 2005 Spoken word radio productions and specials made for Sydney community radio 2SER and 2FBi, including Australia’s first live radio poetry slam, (co-presented with Miles Merrill); and a weekly poetry/music mix program Alphabeat Soup for early internet radio station K-Grind Live (with Trevor Brown).

    1999 - 2001 Australian Broadcasting Corporation Sydney. Trained as specialist audio arts engineer and producer across radio, TV and online. Producer for Local Radio; engineer for Classic FM, Radio National, Audio Arts and Radio Drama; special documentary / soundscape production series’ made for Triple J, including the Y2J millennium series.

    1996 - 1999: Triple R FM Melbourne. Presenter of weekly spoken word, poetry, radio drama and music program SubText, which took over the time slot and developed the concept of Stephen Walker’s Ghost in the Machine.

    1994 - 1997: Co-producer, writer, performer, of the poetry, spoken word soundscape series Howlings In The Head broadcast five times a week on Triple R FM Melbourne, also broadcast on radio in the UK, Canada and USA. Highly Commended at the CBAA Awards 1996. HITH produced 4-6 minute works featuring the stories of Australian and international poets and oral storytellers. Recorded in the Triple R studios and produced by (with music and soundscapes also composed by) Lisa Greenaway and David Macken, along with Jim and Kate Buck and Jim Shnookal. The HITH body of recordings forms a major archive of the spoken word underground of Melbourne in the 1990s.
