Brendan (555) features elBarba Dub (Argentina) – I loved this hour from 555. ElBarba Dub brilliantly manipulates sounds in his sets in realtime, including his own voice. His electro-cumbia remix of Toto’s ‘Africa’ made me whoop out loud! In the second hour I take us through ‘Vox freq’ a selection of Dubstep inspired by the Deutsch (German) language plus, some electro-Romani, and Turkish, French hip hop and spoken word. I’ll post that full ‘Vox freq’ set later this month.
